The numbers in the table are connected as follows;
Double of the number in the row 2 when added to the number in row 1 we get the result as R3, which can be represented in the form of an equation as below;
R2 x 2 + R1 = R3.
So testing this in the first row we get;
5 x 2 + 2 = 12
Let’s test if this holds good for other rows as well;
10 x 2 + 4 = 24;
15 x 2 + 6 = 36 &
20 x 2 + 8 = 48
Hence we can find the value of the missing number as;
25 x 2 + 10 = 60
Answer = 60
