If you look at the series you will infer that it follows an alternate addition and subtraction pattern while the number is incremented by 1 each time.
So to test this we check it in the given series;

11 – 3 = 8 &
8 + 4 = 12.
So to find the next numbers we continue the series as;
12 – 5 = 7 &
7 + 6 = 13.
Answer = 7, 13.
